Chief Executive Officer/Artistic Director

This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a beautiful Grade 1 listed playhouse, the only surviving Regency theatre in the country. You will join at a time when the theatre is thriving – financially stable, thanks in no small part to a record-breaking Pantomime season; growing audience numbers; a creative learning department now sought after for their ability to immerse young people in the arts; and a community engagement department that touches the lives of the most vulnerable in the community.

Development Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fundraiser with a passion for the arts and specifically theatre to join Theatre Royal’s Development team as a Development Manager. The successful applicant will join at a time when the theatre is financially stable with growing audience numbers; a creative learning department sought after for their ability to immerse young people in the arts; and a community engagement team that touches the lives of the most vulnerable in the community.

Bar Steward

Do you have bar experience, are customer-focused, hardworking, reliable and looking for some extra income each month? Theatre Royal’s bar delivers a bar service that is fast and friendly and timed around performances and intervals. Bar Stewards need a calm head, can multi-task, are highly organised and proud of their work and can do all of this with a big smile!

Working as part of the Front of House team the role is to ensure that audience members are assisted in a caring and welcoming manner when attending Theatre Royal events and that all necessary customer services are provided.
