Head of Marketing & Sales

We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Sales to join us as part of the Senior Management Team. This exciting role provides an excellent platform for continued progression as the theatre is on an upward trajectory with two years of successive growth in capacity sold, first timers and repeat visits.

The Head of Marketing & Sales is responsible for maximising sales and improving the customer journey. The post requires a passion for improving audience experience though all communication channels and promoting the theatres multi-buying and loyalty schemes with a focus on developing new and existing audience engagement. Front of House and Events Manager

We are seeking to recruit a FOH and Events Manager to join our busy Front of House Team. Leading a team of Duty Managers and volunteers to deliver a variety of events, you will have a positive can do attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects on time. If you are adept in delivering excellent customer service we would like to hear from you. Find out more about the role in the Job Description and Application Form.

New Non-Executive Directors

The Board is seeking new non executives, initially to be appointed for three years but with the prospect of a second three year term.  The roles are unpaid.

As is the case with most small charities, as well as performing a governance role, trustees are expected to provide practical assistance and support to the executive team in areas in which they are qualified to do so.
